Lady of Kincavel
This blog is a collection of recipes that we have used in the Lady of Kincavel teahouse, a small teahouse in Ghent - Belgium. The teahouse no longer exists, but the Lady is still alive and kicking.
We have collected these recipes over the years, some come from cooking books we own, some we have written down from hear say. Others have passed down from friends, some we got from the internet.
We do not claim that these recipes are ours.
Apart from recipes we have added other interesting articles on tea and the tradition of afternoon tea.
